- Do you have a shop?
As well as our online store, we have an excellent yet cosy showroom at our warehouse facility in Downton, Wiltshire. We encourage our customers to come in and try before you buy, however please be aware space is very limited and we are unable to display all of our fantastic products. We recommend having a look at our website before you visit and having a good idea of which products you would like to try on.

Our shop is closed for all bank holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Please note: Due to the limited size of our showroom dogs are not permitted in the shop at any time.
- What are your opening hours?
Website: Items are available to purchase from our website at any time of the day/week. If you require support or wish to purchase anything over the phone the team at New Forest Clothing are here to help. Please feel free to call us within office hours 9 – 5, Monday - Friday on 01725 510051 or email at [email protected] We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

- What are the delivery options
We offer a variety of delivery options at the checkout stage of your purchase, including Standard Delivery, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and Overseas Delivery.

- How can I return an item?
At New Forest Clothing we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 28 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our website.
All returned items must not be worn, damaged or soiled in any way. Items should have all labels attached and be in the original packaging. For further information about returning an item please visit the Returns section of our website.
