- COVID-19 update
As you will be aware, as a country we are faced with some challenging times at the moment and I wanted to advise all our customers what our current plans are and what we can continue to provide to you. The safeguarding of our employees, customers and immediate persons involved in the operations of New Forest Clothing is critical and we are following all relevant Government advice and procedures seriously. We have already implemented strict new measures to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19 and will continue to adapt and improve this where necessary.
As you can see from below, we are still open and fully functional, albeit slightly different to what we normally have and we are working on systems to ensure that we can continue to provide all our customers with the level of service and supply that they expect!
Warehouse Open - Our warehouse and service department is fully operational and we can ship out most orders same day if received by 3pm. All staff are washing hands regularly and before picking and packing any orders.
Office Open - Employees are staying at home if feeling any symptoms, but you can speak to a member of the New Forest Clothing team as per normal, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm by calling 01725 510051.
Showroom/Shop Closure - As of Monday 23 March we will be closing our small showroom to eliminate the chances of staff exposure to COVID-19, so we can continue to operate our online service to the high standards expected of us.
Online Orders & Returns - As well as our standard delivery, we are able to offer next day delivery to Mainland UK for most of our products on orders placed by 3pm. All online orders and returns are dealt with on the same day as usual.
- Do you have a shop?

- What are your opening hours?
Website: Items are available to purchase from our website at any time of the day/week. If you require support or wish to purchase anything over the phone the team at New Forest Clothing are here to help. Please feel free to call us within office hours 9 – 5, Monday - Friday on 01725 510051 or email at [email protected] We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

Please note: New Forest Clothing is closed for all bank holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
- What are the delivery options
We offer a variety of delivery options at the checkout stage of your purchase, including Standard Delivery, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and Overseas Delivery.

- How can I return an item?
At New Forest Clothing we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 28 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our website.
All returned items must not be worn, damaged or soiled in any way. Items should have all labels attached and be in the original packaging. For further information about returning an item please visit the Returns section of our website.
