Orders

Please notify us immediately if you wish to change your order, support@newforestclothing.co.uk or 01725 510051 Please keep in mind our opening hours (9-5 Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) as we will not be able to process any cancellation requests outside of these times. If your order has not yet been despatched we will be able to make changes to the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return all the items in the order. You can use our free Royal Mail pre-paid returns label. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email order conformation to the email address you have provided at the checkout.

Please check your spam folder if this has not been received.

We offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process, all of which are tracked.

Once your order has been despatched you will received a despatch email conformation. The email will contain a link to the relevant courier's tracking information.

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty please send a picture of the fault along with your name, address and order number to support@newforestclothing.co.uk

We will reply to your email within 24 hour, during office hours.

You are not required to create an account to purchase from our website. You are more than welcome to checkout as a guest.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of our emails. Alternatively you can email us at support@newforestclothing.co.uk with your request.

Delivery

Royal Mail Free Delivery - Available for all UK orders over £75, Up to 5 working days, during peak times this make take longer

Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £3.95, Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, 3-4 days

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £5.95, Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 1-2 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £14.95, Guaranteed next working day before 1pm, Monday to Friday only, when ordered before 3pm

DPD Next Day - £6.95, UK Mainland, Monday - Friday. Next working day delivery when ordered before 3pm

DPD Saturday Delivery - £14.95, UK Mainland, Arrives any time on Saturday when ordered before 3pm on a Friday (Excluding bank holidays)

DPD Saturday Before 12pm - £19.95, UK Mainland, Arrives before midday on Saturday when ordered before 3pm on a Friday (Excluding bank holidays)

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24, Arrives typically within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed next working day (Monday - Friday) before 1pm. Orders must be placed before 3pm, orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next day.

DPD Next Day - Typically arrives next working day (Monday- Friday) when ordered before 3pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on a Monday. Applies to UK mainland only.

DPD Saturday Delivery - Arrives anytime on Saturday when ordered before 3pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays). Applies to UK mainland only.

DPD Saturday Before Midday - Arrives before midday on Saturday when ordered before 3pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays). Applies to UK mainland only.

If your order was placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) then we will aim to despatch it the same working day.

If your order was placed after 3pm then we'll despatch it the next working day. Once your order has been collected, We will be in touch with your tracking
number, allowing you to track your order to your door.

Our couriers, DPD or Royal Mail will attempt to contact you via text message or email using the details you have provided us. If applicable, you can then choose from one of their additional delivery options to change the date of delivery, arrange an alternate delivery, a collection from a Post Office/DPD Hub or leaving in a safe place.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

We are not able to accept bank transfers or cheques. We accept all major credit cards, and various others which can be seen above. Orders can be taken via the telephone if preferred on 01725 510051

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 48 working hours for the payment to be processed. Refunds can only be made back to the account to which the order was placed.
