I have several items of Deerhunter clothing and find the brand reliable. To confirm other views, I am a 36 waist and I have always had a 38/54 size. These trousers were bought for wet weather and beating. They are comfortable and I sat on wet grass and stayed dry. They stood up to some intense brambles and personally find them quiet to wear. The zipped vents are excellent if you get warm. I wore them with walking boots and they were exactly right with the boot zips very useful. Good value and excellent delivery service as usual.

Size 38/54. Just to confirm other reviews, go a size up (I’m a 36) but all my Deerhunter gear is the next size up. Worn today when beating on a cold day with wet fields and woods. Worn with standard walking boots and they go really well. Comfortable and the vents are excellent if it does get warmer. I sat on at grass for some time at one point, and stayed dry. Pockets seem good, and good through brambles. Confident they will be waterproof. Nice style- really good pair of trousers. Delivery within 2 days as well!

Super comfortable trouser and i did take notice of other reviews reference the waist sizing, so i am normally a 34 but ordered a 35 which fits well. I also normally go for a 28inch lerg but there was no option on leg length. However they fit a treat with my Harkila boots. Not been in the rain yet so cant verify how waterproof they are but if they are as good as the Deer Hunter keepers coat i will be delighted

I received the deerhunter gamekeeper
I received the deerhunter gamekeeper Pro trousers in super quick time thanks to the excellent NFC standard and service but upon trying out these trousers I was highly disappointed.
I am a size 36 so ordered the size accordingly but to my dismay found these to be very very tight and therefore would not of been practical out in the field and not just the waist but there was no room for flexibility in the leg and groin department at all and exchanging them for the next size up would not of rectified the matter in my opinion infact 2 sizes bigger would of been better in the legs but obviously not the waist
The quality and feel of the trousers was great they appeared to be very hard wearing and definitely looked great but the sizing was the massive downer in my opinion
