I'm a UK size 11, I wear a US 12 in vans, UK 11 in Sketchers and an 11 in M&S footwear. I've added that to help combat the sizing issues people seem to be having. I opted for a size 10 in these after reading reviews and the fit is pretty spot on, albeit slightly tight on the toe. I'm hoping with some wear, they will give a little. The boots themselves seem well made and rugged, the sole looks like it has very decent grip. I also used the Hoggs of Fife wax sold on this website to keep them in good nick. Overall, these do lean slightly toward a wellington boot look if you're wearing them with jeans. The ankle is definitely a bit too wide either side of the boot and certainly don't hug the leg as well as I'd have liked. But I'll give the boots the benefit of the doubt as I'm used to wearing lace up boots. They are easy to pull on and off and hopefully will become my everyday casual winter boot, which is why I bought them. I've not been able to test the waterproofing yet, but time will tell. Shipping and communications from NFC was excellent throughout and delivery was within 12 hours of the order. Very impressive.

Usual Hoggs of Fife quality, sizing is generous so thick socks required. Feel like they will take some breaking in as there's not much padding around the top of the boot so they do rub. Quick delivery from New forest.

A point on sizing, i don't know why, but Hogs of Fife index their UK sizing incorrectly. I'm a UK size 11 (US 11.5 / EU 44-45) HoF have that as a size 10. So order a size down from normal. You'll think you don't need to, you're wrong. Even their UK sieze 10 is roomy on me, these really do fit like a cropped Wellington.

Excellent waterproof boots - recommend taking the advice re sizing
So far so good with the Creagan Waterproof Dealer boots. I've had them out on dog walking duty for the last 2 weeks either in the rain or in wet long grass and my socks have stayed dry.
I recommend the advice re sizing, I'm a 10.5 in the Hogg Banff dealer boot so was wary of ordering 9.5 for these but it turned out to be the right choice for me.

Ordered a Size 10, which normally is a Euro 44. Hoggs are different, stating it’s a 45, hence they were too big. New Forest were great and exchanged them very promptly for a 44. Even these were very roomy, so whoever makes footwear for Hoggs is not using standard sizes. (I’m 66 and have worn size 10’s for 50 years with no issues).

Great boots, I can see what some reviews mean by the sizing. They fit (and feel) more like a cropped wellington boot than I was expecting. I'm an 11 and ordered 11. They're fine, just a little roomy but with thick socks, they're perfect.
Newforest were great as always. Prompt delivery, no hassles. Great.

I bought these in October last year and I've been very happy with them. The fit is a little large despite having bought my normal shoe size. A pair of thick wellie socks has sorted that out.

Overall a nice boot which I think will last many years.
