Swedish stainless steel blade The 99 mm long and 2.5 mm thick blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 58 HRC. It maintains sharpness over time, is easy to care for, and withstands repeated exposure to moisture and cold.
