Very disappointed in the boots
Looked fine, although heavy, and seemed a reasonable fit when I tried them indoors. Slightly big so I put an innersole in and I always wear two pairs of socks in wellies. First time I walked in them I had really sore, blistered ankles within about 30 minutes. On examining the boots thoroughly, I found that the stitching on the inside seam, which runs up the back of the boot, was very rough and obtrusive which explained the blisters.
Unfortunately as they have been worn, the returns policy does not apply so I've wasted £75. The problem could only be found by walking in them. I have never had this problem with other brands so very disappointed.
Thank you for your message. If you’re wearing two pairs of socks and an insole, it does suggest the boots may be a little too large, which could explain the movement and discomfort you’ve experienced.
That said, customer satisfaction is our priority and we are happy to arrange a return for a refund if you’re not satisfied with the boots.
