I’ve given this product 4 stars for the service we received. The zip on these boots was not long enough to allow my husband’s foot in - he has a problem with ankle mobility. Although it says the zip is full length, it stops above the ankle. We applied for a refund - a very smooth operation - and I received the refund in a couple of days.

Good boots, GREAT service
The boots are great. Comfortable, warm, plenty of grip in the endless mud, and water tight - always good for boots.
However, the best part of this purchase was the incredible service. I placed the order just after 4pm and the boots were delivered the next day. I didn't even pay for next day delivery. OUTSTANDING!
