I lost the original battery pack that came with my Deerhunter gilet that I bought from New forest clothing. This replacement battery pack is thicker and heavier than the original slimline battery pack. I nearly returned it as I thought it would distort the way the gilet hung when worn. However, the bulkier battery pack is not as visible through the thin gilet layer as I had been anticipating. Being bigger, the power lasts for longer than the slimline version which is great. I have taken a star off the rating because if you wear the gilet for several hours you do notice the weight of the power pack pulling on on your shoulder muscles causing a minor ache. As usual great delivery service from New Forest clothing company.
