Very surprisingly knife arrived in blister pack damaged, very unusual for a Victorinox product - must have slipped through the net of their quality control. The damage could not be seen until pack was opened.

Great knife for everyday carry. The serrated edge is easily deployed and cuts through nearly everything with ease and stayed sharp. This knife lost a star in the rating because Ive found that the other tools are not just as easily deployed as the serrated blade but thats just what ive found, you might find that its not a problem to you. For the money, its hard to beat for money and as always NFC provide super fast delivery.
