Pro-Gamekeeper is a robust jacket for raw weather and stony terrain. With its Deer-Tex® Performance Shell membrane, the jacket is 100% wind and waterproof and breathable.
Deer-Tex® Performance Shell is a stretch membrane, which feels wonderfully flexible. The membrane comes with a five-year warranty. Pro-Gamekeeper features waterproof zippers under the arms for increased ventilation when physically active, several practical pockets as well as a chest pocket, which also has a waterproof zipper.

Top quality coat. Just the correct weight. Not tested in rain but definitely wind proof, with excellent breathability. Worth the money with great service from New forest clothing.

Deer hunter gamekeeper pro jacket
Just purchased this jacket and I am impressed by the quality, I read many reviews prior to buying some said they find it makes them sweaty others said they find it cold without an under layer like a gilet, so which is it? Well I can confirm to wear something underneath does help with warmth but I find that with all jackets of this type I had a thin shirt and jumper under mine and I was out in heavy rain for a number of hours when I first wore it, I found it comfortable as well as warm and I was totally dry on my return home, the only criticism if you can call it that is it has elasticated inner cuffs and if the outer sleeve rides up which it does the cuff can get wet and this wets the sleeve of any jumper which can be annoying so I push the cuff higher up the sleeve out of the way going forward I might have them removed as I’m not a lover of inner cuffs,
So conclude yes it’s a very good quality stylish product for every day use and practical for field work or walking, I have had many different makes of this type of jacket but for the money this is one of the best

Great jacket, warm, but not too heavy. I am a XL in some jackets and XXL in others if i want to wear a large jumper / hoodie under it. Got ggis in XL and it is perfect.
I have seen some good reviews and the GameKeeper Pro is everything i was expecting it to be.

The quality is very good and the jacket is comfortable and wind proof. My wife has one and it holds up well to foul weather. Can't really judge the size. I would say I am a large. I was going for an XL to allow a fleece to fit, but they were out of stock. XXL still works well for me. Plenty of room, sleeves fit me and it is longer in the body. very pleased.

Waterproof and well made but unbearably sweaty even with the breathers open.
It is well made out of nice materials and it looks good but I cannot use it as I always come back drenched in sweat. I am not a sweaty guy usually but this is like wearing a plastic bag over my whole upper body. It's supposed to be breathable but clearly it is not breathable enough. Even with the armpit slits open I still come back covered in sweat everywhere else and the same goes for the stupid trousers. I just came back from hiking in 10c with 40mph winds and very sweaty all over. Useless.

Really comfortable jacket. Fits a little on the large size. Very quiet, with good adjustability and a good hood. Slightly insulated but not too much‚ By varying my underlayers Im able to avoid overheating, and the pit zips let me dump heat quickly if I need to. The zip can be a little tricky but once you get the hang of it its no problem.
