The size on this particular style is small compared to other didriksons jackets but i knew this after reading some reviews, and bought 2 sizes larger than my usual size. The fit is very good not too big at all. The jacket is excellent. Warm, comfortable, really protects you from bad weather, wind, rain, snow etc. cuffs that have thumb holes, adjustable hood, removable fur. Lots of good pockets and a place inside to store gloves and hat when you hang the coat up after wearing it. There are reflectors around the jacket and one in the pocket that can be shown when walking at night for safety. Everything had been considered well. Really excellent design. Practical and also smart and stylish.

I have been looking at this coat for a while now. It is a good length and very comfortable to wear. I went up a size to so I could fit a thick jumper underneath it. It is a warm and fully waterproof coat, but I am a season ticket holder at a football club, so I need to wear extra layers.
It was delivered promptly and packaged well.

This item was delivered quite quickly. It is not too bulky and I wasn't sure if it would be warm enough, but so far it has served the purpose even in near freezing temperatures. I have also been under quite heavy rain with it and it kept me dry.
Overall I'm really happy with my investment. Also, I love the colour! I ordered a size up to make sure that I have room for other layers if I need to.

Lovely coat it was just a bit bulky for me, had to exchange for a size bigger which felt even bulkier. Therefore couldn’t justify the price for a coat I wasn’t 100% comfortable with, So I had to return. If you need a waterproof, wind proof coat I think this is ideal but just not for me.

Rain proof, wind proof, superbly warm and well fitted- true to size.

I have worn this coat a couple of times now and here what I think.
Go up a size as the sizing isn’t generous if you want to put a jumper underneath.
The hood is a fab size it fits instead of blinding you because it’s so big.
I like with waist drawstrings
I also like the thumb holes great for keeping ur hands warm .
Great big roomy pockets again more room if you go up a size lots of room for a phone and poo bags.
I like this coat and would buy another. But would go up a size

Absolutely beautiful warm and comfortable

Really warm and well made. This is my second Didrikson waterproof coat and they really are the best. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that I only wish that they did a 'tall' version for those of us with long limbs as I find that the sleeves come up just that tiny bit too short when I bend my arms or have multiple layers under the coat. i love the thumb holes in the inner cuff but they cut into my thumbs as my arms are just too long. I also wish that the breast pockets were still on this design as I found them so useful - you can never have too many pockets.

This was a bit small, (I’m not used to UK sizes) so I ended up returning it. Loved the color, but found it was also VERY HEAVY and a much warmer jacket than I needed. Excellent and prompt customer service to and from with shipping to USA. Well made by Didriksons. Re-Ordered a different parka with less insulation.

This is my second Didrikson parka. I loved my first coat so much but had to size down after a bit of weight loss. I didn't shop around just bought the newer version of my last parka. I wish this coat had front pockets nearer the upper torso (like my old one) instead of two pockets both at the bottom but I'm being picky. I'm 5'2 (size12), and there's still room for me to wear a jumper. Longer length that stops just above my knee so good cover on a long dog walk in bad weather. This is a lovely warm coat and the quality is great. Love the navy colour..bring on the snow!

Finally a waterproof jacket that really is waterproof! Cozy warm dog walking jacket but smart enough to wear everyday. Size was roomy enough to get layers under without looking too big I’m 5ft 3 and length and sleeves were perfect. Thanks Didriksons

I LOVE this coat. It's warm and light and comfortable. I can wear a t-shirt and be toasty in London on 5oC days.

But be aware, I normally wear a size 10/12. And I had to keep exchanging this until size 16.

The exchange process, however, was totally seamless and the postage very swift.

I bought this to replace a previous Didrikson coat which is use for walking my dogs. This one is to use for everyday wear and it's perfect, I love the Napoleon pocket, which I also have on my previous coat, really handy. Completely waterproof which is what I wanted. Would recommend without any hesitation, it is a lot of money but is 100% worth it.

Lovely practical coat, really warm, great hood that covers fully when it's raining and lovely long arms with soft cuffs to keep your hands warm. Very practical with many pockets. Would definitely reccomend.

This was bought as a Xmas present for my wife. She bought me very similar coat and everything written here applies to my coat as well. It's a superb coat for very cold days. Can be worn over just a t shirt in temperatures of -7C and it's toasty! If the temperature rises it's not too hot either. This is a strong contender for the best jacket I've ever owned. It's spongeable for when you get muddy paw prints from excited Spaniels and the hood is great when the wind is biting.
The fit is good but it's made for tall Swedes with slender hips so if you're carrying a bit too much Xmas fare, beware.
I would like to have had a warm lining in the hand pockets so I could just put a cold hand in the pocket for a quick warm up. I have no other criticism and overall this is a truly great jacket.

I bought the cayenne colour coat, I absolutely love it, the style and fit are perfect, it's super warm and dry, will stick with this brand from now on.

Searched long and hard before I found this but it was worth the wait. Beautifully made, stylish, weatherproof, wind proof and warm. It has been put to the test with torrential rain, gale force wind and must recently a foot of snow and -5 frost. The colour (red) cheers me up on the most miserable of days.

This is a fab coat - nicely sized for me, tall woman, not too puffy or bulky and v snug and warm. Was delivered quickly and well priced - definitely got a bargain.
