This jacket has a very high collar with a hood .
The hood protects the Face very well. Only Didrikson has this Kind of Parkas.

Fab coat! Test drove it in Wales this weekend with torrential rain and strong winds. With a jumper underneath it was great, kept me dry and my face out of the elements. I’m used to a more relaxed fit so did size up to get layers underneath.

My daughter has bought Didrikson's products and having seen them and tried them on I decided to buy one for myself. The Parka 10 is a lightweight, waterproof coat designed to keep the weather out with the attached hood and high neck zip. It is also quite stylish with an actual waist cord that can be tightened or let out. The sleeves are quite long but a good feature with gloves to keep the cold or rain out and the cuffs can be made smaller if desired. I look forward to wearing it all winter.

Excellent quality raincoat with lots of pockets. It had it's first outing dog walking in the rain this weekend and it kept me dry. It's a bit heavier than my previous raincoat, but perfect for autumn/winter/spring walking.

As a dog walker I was looking for a waterproof coat with lots of pockets & this one is perfect.

The high neck & hood covering does a great job of keeping the rain off your face.

The coat is lined, but not padded which means you can wear it all year round.

Excellent quality quick next day delivery- very impressed. Ordered the 10 and 12. Kept the 12 as more room in this for me to wear layers. Really impressed with quality, style and way it's made. Deep pockets for keys, dog treats. Hood is a fab size to fit in my shoulder length naturally curly hair. I'm 5 ft 9 , size 10 most places. This parker fits me well and is a fab length. Highly recommended abd much better quality than the sweaty betty one I ordered and returned - didn't feel value for money and I was just paying for the name. This parka is brilliant

Tried a few Didcot, but this was by far the best fit. The length is perfect. You're completely covered and warm from rain. I love that it had loads of pockets too.

My raincoat was delivered quickly, twice, as I had to change for a larger size. The return process was very quick and easy. The coat itself is lovely and am looking forward to wearing it when the weather is a little warmer (and wet). I would definitely recommend New Forest clothing.

Great coat fast delivery

Having experienced the greatness of Didriksons with my winter coat, I knew I couldn't fail with a Spring/Autumn coat from them too. This coat is perfect. Perfect length to my knees (5ft3), perfect thickness, room for layers if needed (I am a size 10). Perfect color red. This coat dries quickly between dog walks. I love it. And when the wind is really blowing, the neck zips up nice and high to really keep the elements out.

Great colour and shape. Love it! Unfortunately it is a tad too tight for me around the middle and they don't do a bigger size - so I'm now having to diet to get comfortably into it, so I haven't actually worn it out yet.

It took me a while to decide on a parka but I'm delighted with my Thelma parka. It is outstanding quality, beautifully made and offers wind and rain protection. Having read the reviews I bought a size 6 normally I'm an 8 and it fitted perfectly. New Forest clothing had a discount on this raincoat and delivered within 48hr of my order. This is a well thought out garment that has a lot of features walkers will like. Secure pockets, warm pockets, big pockets. (Did I mention it had pockets?) Inner drawstring to make waist windproof. Adjustable hood. Drawstring to tighten up bottom hem. Double zip. All of which you can read about in the feature list. But what this all adds up to is a parka that is a great go-to jacket for walking in rainy or windy weather. It's great.

Didrikson coats always feel like quality. I bought this one for protection on really wet days without the weight of padding. I can wear a gilet or fleece underneath. Great length, with lots of roomy pockets and looks stylish with favourite scarves. What a bargain in your sale!

Arrived promptly. Seems lovely although not yet worn in the rain! Love the longer length and adjustable hood.

Wonderful coat, well made, perfect length for dog walks in the wind and rain (I am 5 foot 5 and it comes to a little bit above my knees), and best of all it is actually fully waterproof, unlike some other raincoats I've bought that say they are but aren't at all. The day I first wore it I was caught in a heavy thunderstorm with torrential rain for an hour and remained completely dry. Big deep pockets are perfect for all the doggie paraphernalia such as poo bags, treats, ball and thrower plus my mobile phone and keys etc. it is a very loose and roomy cut so I can wear an insulated padded mid-layer jacket underneath, and am warm and toasty in 6C rainy weather for several hours at a time without looking like the michelin man. I love the red colour too, it's a rich vibrant but not garish red. I think with the quality of this coat, it will last me for many years. Am very happy with my purchase. I've already had many muddy paw prints on the coat, and the mud just wipes off.

Finally found a longer length waterproof shell jacket. I'm 5ft 7 and it sits 3" above knee. Great protection for those wet windy days walking the dog. Loads of pockets. Nice high neck and decent size of hood to keep rain and wind out. Can easily fit a hat under. The only miss for me on the hood is no wire. Fit true to size. I sized up to accommodate a down jacket underneath for winter. And the "Red" is not bright more towards a wine colour. I would def buy again! And great service from New Forest Clothing.
