Product Details
The Woodsman Pants are created specifically for bushcraft and outdoor enthusiasts. These simply cut, yet versatile pants are a great example of our minimalist approach to this type of clothing. They are equipped with four pockets - two at the hips with reinforced edges and two smaller, placed aside, slightly at the back.
You can carry a folding saw or knife in them. The wide belt loops will work with belts up to 50 mm wide. Additional loops are used to attach gloves or secure items worn in the side pockets. Knee reinforcements, which are also pockets for pads, and the use of strong DuraCanvas® fabric to sew these pants, guarantee that WOODSMAN pants will serve you faithfully for many years.

Very good rugged outdoor trousers, but not perfect.
These are my second pair of Woodsman trousers and I really like them. I do think theres been some subtle improvements over my older pair too. They seem a little lighter and more breathable now, and the leg pockets actually fit a phone. They tick most of the boxes for tough, comfortable outdoor pants for working with dogs, bùt they're not perfect. All the additional loops seems a bit pointless, as Im sure even the most avid bushcrafter doesn't want to hang that much gear from their pants. Also the velcro closure, while good for adjustability, means taking your trousers off is really noisy and it snags every sock in the washing machine.
That said they've been a daily favourite for working in for years now, and I do highly recommend them.

Good quality trousers, I have used a few times for woodland tasks. Lightweight but thick enough to withstand sticks and hard work. Look like they will last a long time. A bit longer in the leg than advertised but waist is true to size.

Excellent quality in terms of both material and manufacture. The pants also have some useful and practical design features.
However, I have NOT found them to be 'true to size'! I measure just over 38" waist so I bought the 38 XXL. I wore them a few times only to find they were 'dropping off me'. I then found that the waist band of the XXL measures 41"!! I have since bought the 36" XL which measure 39" giving a snug but comfortable fit. I'm now looking for a friend fatter than me to sell the XXLs to!!üòÜ
