Waterproof to 20,000mm Hydrostatic Head in tests, it is also breathable to 10,000mm. Two way SBS metal zip and packed with a multitude of features for the sportsman. Outstanding jacket, heavy enough for winter, but not stuffy. Great quality materials. Had an issue with the zip, but an exchange was swiftly on the way and all is now well. Great customer service from NFC and by far the best quality jacket I could find for under £300. Looking forward to long winter dog walks in this one. True to fit, although very slightly oversized, for all the obvious reasons. Thoroughly recommend. 5ft 7, 80kg, size M purchased.

At last i'm able to keep dry in horrendous weather when out with my border collie.I have tried many different 'waterproof' coats over the years including good quality makes, army surplus, goretex, fishing coats etc which have never really kept the rain out but this one does it with ease.I had a bit of trouble engaging the zip at first but then I figured out how to do it easily so that was fine.I bought mine with the black Friday offer and it cost me £242 which is in my view a bargain if it keeps you dry.Lots of people will happily spend five times as much for a phone!
