Another quality pair of boots from this company. Could wear instantly need no wearing in. Sizes perfect. I think this company is a very rare find in that everything I have ever bought has been superb quality at a really reasonable price. The coats/jackets are fantastic, boots excellent in comfort and price and the trousers also a quality product. The boots I ordered arrived in good time but there were a little too big and had to go half a size down. The returns and replacement process with quick and straight forward. Great service and I love the boots!

True to size fit. I'm a 7 and ordered a size 7. I haven't worn them outside yet but they're comfortable with a lovely soft, supple leather.

As someone with petite ankles and feet I struggle to find Chelsea boots that don’t make me look like Max Wall. After trying a few recently from well known brands and having to return them for the above reason, I decided to keep these. They are slim across the foot and form fitting which is what I wanted. I love the waxy leather look which I’m sure will become more rustic looking over time. Nice and comfy, wore them all day the first with no rubbing or blisters. The service I received from New Forrest Clothing was exceptional. Very happy customer.

Third pair I’ve bought. Wear most days for work, indoors and outdoors. Smart enough for a meeting and practical enough to keep your feet dry walking through wet grass.

I am usually size 7 and I ordered a size 7. They fit perfect,very comfortable and are nice quality boots. Very pleased with them.

Gorgeous boots and exactly what I was looking for in other brands but found it to be far better quality in Hoggs. Other people had said they came up narrow but after trying them on they soon stretched to provide a very comfortable fit.

The boots are beautifully made and look hard wearing. I'm a size 8, they fit lengthwise but we're far too narrow for me so I had to return them.

These look fabulous but the sizing was not right for me. Although I have bought Hoggs of Fife shoes in size 8 previously, the width was not right for me, so quite uncomfortable. So am returning them. But the leather is a lovely colour and good quality, the sole and heel, look as though they will stand up to alot of wear, very easy to slip on and off, so makes it doubly disappointing that I have to return them.

I bought these boots for my wife. Just such a shame we didn't keep them and had to return, the quality of the boots looked amazing!

But they seemed to have a funny shape/ fit?

We first ordered the boots in a size 7 my wifes normal size and when they arrived my wife tried them on and could not even get her feet inside.

She hasn't ever had any problems with this in the past, she doesn't have particularly wide feet etc, they just wouldn't go on.

We returned and went for a larger size 8, unfortunately the same thing happened, this time they went on but the heel was so tight she couldn't walk in them.

Our daughter also tried them on for comparison and had the same thing.

Definitely a design fault or meant for ladies with very slim feet.

So annoying as they looked great!

Bought these boots for our nieces birthday at the end of this month. She wears Hogg's of Fife boots already but they are past their best now so hence new pair for her birthday!

The boots are true to size with medium thick socks. I was concerned they might be large, as some manufacturers seem to make the sizes larger than in the past. I am pleased with them.

Just as described, not bulky like other brands. Fits well and is comfortable. Feels like theyvare going to be hard wearing and has good tread for country walking.

Hence the 4 starts. I put an insole in which helps a bit. Good quality and colour. Comfortable.

I love these boots! They’re very comfortable, easy to pull on, have good grip on muddy, slippery ground and seem waterproof. They’re not super warm but roomy enough for thick socks. They’re sturdy and look great too!
