The Jack Pyke Ashcombe Jacket was designed using the Nyco material bonded with a TPU membrane which makes it waterproof (up to 5000mm) and allows for easy airflow. The ever-changing weather is always a challenge during any outdoor activities.
To easily control the temperature we used an elasticated draw cord at the hood, waist and hem with addition of hook and loop adjusters on the hood and sleeves. The hood itself is removable and can be concealed inside the collar making it easy to adjust the garment to your needs. With two large bellows pockets with press studded flaps, upper zipped utility or phone pocket as well as two zipped handwarmer pockets it is packed with smart storage solutions.

Sadly I had to return this jacket as it was simply too slim in the fit.
I had bought the largest size available (3XL I think) but even then there was practically no freedom of movement once it was on - not what I want in a jacket. A shame really as I remember Jack Pyke being quite well fitting for a larger, broader build!

Excellent jacket with plenty storage options & a perfect layer of insulation without being bulky or heavy.
Size wise I went off the reviews expecting my usual XXL to be spot with just enough room for a medium thickness fleece beneath but sadly it was too big so the XL would've been perfect, on exchange however I found the XL was now out of stock.
Apart from the sizing nightmare with different brands this is an excellent choice so I've now got a stock alert set up.
