Not as good as NewForest own gillet.
I've had 2 x gillets from NewForest and love them. I thought I was ordering the same but in a differnt colour. The size on the Jack Pyke gillet was smaller and the convenient zipped pockets on the NewForest gillet were not present on the jack Pyke so I returned the item. Quality was good however.

This is a really nice quality gilet and a good price
This is a really nice quality gilet but it’s man shaped I ordered a size 14 (women’s sizing) I am a12/14 dress size. You sent a ‘large’ it was big on the bust and sleeve holes but wouldn’t do up on the hips, I ordered a 16 in replacement an XL came again only just fit me on the hips and enormous on the bust. Fits my husband perfectly he’s a 32/34 waist and a 42 chest they are not woman shaped. Very sad!

Lovely quality gilet. Good value for price. Fit is very small, I usually wear a 10-12, so ordered a size 12. I had to change up to a 14. Its still on the snug side. Im keeping the 14 for summer, but will probably order a size 16!! for next winter.

Purchased this as part of wifes birhday present and after reading reviews i ordered a size 14 as she is normally a 12 . But still on the small side around hips , only other problem was its got size large on tab wich didnt go down to well woud have been even worse if id got xl.
As for the product it is well made and perfect colour (olive) . I would say definetly go up a size or two .
