The Coat:
The coat is well made, wind and, so far, waterproof, comfortable and with room to layer up in cold weather.
I'm a 42" chest and the large is a good fit.
The coat is very good for the price and I'd give it 9/10. If it had a chest pocket I'd have given it the extra point.
The Hood:
The hood is waterproof, but far too big. Adjusting it to fit makes it uncomfortable and pulls the material forwards blocking peripheral vision, I feel like a horse with blinkers on.
The peak is far too big and with no structure, In windy weather it either flaps into my eyes or blows back onto the hood rendering it superfluous.
In my view a good coat has been spoilt by the hood.
