The jacket of the beating season
I thrive off this jacket! 2025 is my first ever beating season and I was in need of a decent jacket to take on the Cumbrian weather - this jacket has excelled itself and I love it. So warm on the colder days and I love that the chest pockets have poppers for the below pockets which come in handy for when your shooting and need to reload especially when your on own!

Perfect dog walking coat
We've recently got a puppy so I was looking for a nice warm dog walking coat. I tried so many from other well known (and expensive) brands but none of them fitted well. I had never heard of New Forest Clothing but came across it during my online searches and immediately loved the look of the Marsh jacket. I originally ordered the size 10 in the Rosin colour because the 8 was out of stock (I'm a UK 6-8) but it was too big so I waited and ordered the 8 which is still roomy but it means I can layer underneath. The coat itself feels super warm (not that I've worn it properly yet due to the current heatwave!) and it has loads of handy pockets for treats/poo bags etc. It was a third of the price of some I was considering which is an added bonus... I'm now looking forward to the colder weather so I can wear it!

Bought for wife’s birthday. This is her review, ……The quality of this coat is amazing. The lining will make it super warm without bulk. I am a size 10/12, The size 10 fitted well although the handwarmer pockets did gape a little so decided to order the 12 and compared both. It was very close but decided in the end to go with the 12 so that I could add a jumper under it, There are lots of zipped pockets too which is great and not normally found on coats like this, Looking forward to wearing it once this heatwave has finished,

I had to size up one size to accomodate an hourglass figure. Otherwise it's a spectacular coat that I found fully waterproof and warm through a very wet winter. It looks very nice, the dog hair doesn't cling to it too much, and it holds up well to outdoor activities. I appreciate the removeable hood with drawstring and the adjustable waist. The zipper is robust and the fleece lined pockets keep my hands nice and warm. Exchanging for a larger size is a breeze--their customer service is top notch.

Very nice jacket, love the colour and the feel of it. very smart looking as well. I did think the jacket comes up small. I am normally a size 14 for jackets but now had to exchange it for a size 16. If you have a larger bust I would definitely go up a size.

Lovely warm jacket, not big and bulky. Plenty of pockets, perfect for being out and about with the dog. I ordered a size 16, I'm usually a 14-16, so plenty of room to wear a jumper underneath too. I can also get my gundog training vest over the top so it's ideal for what I need.
The customer service for this company is outstanding. I had a small issue of having 2 left pockets and had also ordered a size too big. I emailed at 8am, received a reply by 8.05am. Easy returns service and exchange.
I would totally recommend this company and would happily shop with them in the future.
