A shame on the fit for such a great product
A really great fabric, and well made
Unfortunately there is too much material between the crotch and waistband which means when at the correct inner seam the belt loops are above the belly button, such a shame as other than that looked great

Exchanged the original 38/33 trousers for a 38/31. Very easy process. Arrived quickly even with a bank holiday in the way. This 38" waist seems slightly tighter (½ inch?) than the previous 38". Should stretch with a bit of wear.

New forest moleskin trousers, really good comfortable fitting trousers.

I have a few gripes, but honestly nothing I wouldn’t expect at this price point. The finishing is not great: there were stray threads all over the place, and the buttons fell off within a matter of weeks. Deep wrinkles appeared almost immediately, and the soft outer layer of the fabric wore away within a couple of months in the more exposed areas.
That said, the fabric itself has held up surprisingly well overall. The main exception is the pockets, which are quite poorly made and have recently developed multiple holes. I have two pairs that I’ve owned and worn heavily for 11 months, apart from the height of summer, when they were too hot to wear.
Overall, and especially considering the price, I’m very satisfied. Go in with the right expectations and these are a solid choice.
One other thing I want to mention is that there’s a rubbery strip inside the waistband that still itches me every day, although it does seem to help keep the trousers up. The back is also cut a bit low compared to the relatively high rise at the front, so it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer more coverage at the back.
