I am 5'4 & a size 12 normally. I ordered this coat in size 14 & it is just right for me. I can wear a jumper underneath & not feel restricted. Totally waterproof. I wear my short wellies with it & my trousers stay dry. I ordered the matching hat which stays on well with the hood up over it.
