What the web site doesn't tell you is that these are meant for "hot and dry weather" ( on the care label attached to the garment). I bought them for beating on shoots in the UK - so... cold and wet. By the time I realised I had already taken the tags off the trousers so couldn't return. The web site should make it clear. They come up tight - I am 12/14 and I bought a 16which is just about wearable with tights underneath. Otherwise, they are lightweight and seem well made.
