The fleece gilet feels lovely and looks great, unfortunately my order had a small defect that was quite noticeable. I contacted NFC and had a response within minutes - at close of trade on a Friday, with a resolution to the problem. A new fleece was went out immediately, and the returns process was so easy. The new fleece arrived on Monday in perfect condition. The customer service was outstanding which is rare these days, so I would definitely order from here again and recommend to everyone!
