This sport vest is just perfect. It's made well, strong, but not too heavy. It has numerous pockets that easily carry all you need for dog training out in the field. It even has a whistle pocket.
Would recommend to anyone who normally carries a bag full of dog equipment.

I got my Pinewood dog training vest on Saturday (6th Sep 25) & used it at my pet gundog training today. I only ordered it on Thursday! It fits so well & comfy. I had treats in the front pockets , training dummies & a toy in the rear section. So useful, didn’t realise how much till I used it today. I have a size 12 (I am either a size 10 or a 12 in jackets/tops, depending on the fit), I may have fitted into the size 10 but I intend to wear jumpers & jackets underneath.

A great jacket, useful for dog training. Loads of pockets. Really well made. I originally ordered the size larger (14) as usually am that size, but it was much too big. This size fits perfectly.

Love the Pinewood Dog Sport Vest. This is my second one. The first is now 5 years old and still going strong. I have worn it EVERY DAY - usually 2 walk/training sessions.

Added this one to have a smart one to compete in and it's lighter colour is super for the dog to pick me out at distance. I hope Pinewood continue to use some light colours for this reason.

Generous 14 but this helps to accommodate layering as the weather cools.

I bought this in a medium (I'm a UK size 10) it's a great fit over a chunky jumper but will need a bigger size for winter coats. The pockets are brilliant, I'm carrying three 1lb dummies, one litre water bottle, water bowl, extra toys phone, glasses etc.... there's still lots more space. And I'm really pleased. It's great quality and looks good üëç only just discovered new forest website but love it.

Excellent design and quality; just what I've been needing! Love the size and shape of it plus the choice of colours.

Really nice and practical item. Plenty of functional pockets and plenty of room for dummies. I love the magnets in the back that allow it to be more fitted but then extend out easily should you need more room in the back pocket. It can have a nice fitted look due to all the handy drawstrings. The anthracite colour is a nice shade too.

I am very happy with the vest. I count 15 pockets. I can carry multiple toys, different types of food in different pockets, phone, keys, a lightweight longline. I'm a size 16/18 and got the largest size- I probably could have gone a size down but XXL allows me to wear it over something relatively thick so I dont need a seperate coat for winter and still have room to fit a ball in the front pocket for example. The only things I'd change if I was redesigning this would be to add some areas of high vis as in the dark I have to put something over the top (meaning I can't access some pockets) and I'd also add something so I could clip things on (for example so I could clip my dogs muzzle onto something). I looked at other jackets and was either unhappy with the price, design or they didn't size big enough. Great quality and value.

Wonderful jacket, all the pockets for everything I take out training/walking. Got a 12 (am usually a 12). Would be fine over a jacket if kept undone but would need to size up to get it done up over a jacket for winter.

Slightly on the small side as regards fit fortunately I had “sized up” to wear over several layers which I think will be rather a tight fit but ok for summer over thin tops, but otherwise a good vest.

I love this. The number of pockets is brilliant, looks good and the large pocket at the back is like a bag for toys and leads (but when it's empty you can click it shut and it looks smarter). Brilliant. I would recommend.

I have been wanting one of these for ages, it is the ultimate ladies training vest!
Firstly it looks smart with adjustable waist and hips, I think it's really flattering and the material is of excellent quality, this vest will last. I normally wear size 10 up top and I wasn't sure whether to size up or not, but the New Forest Clothing returns process is easy so I figured I could change for a 12 if needed. The 10 fits beautifully and after extending the waist I was able to fit a fleece and a wax jacket underneath.

So far I have worn the vest in pouring rain (phone stayed dry) and blazing sun (nicely breathable).

Next, the functionality. This vest has so many pockets- I found another 2 after wearing the vest 3 times! I've attached a little video of all the pockets and how many dummies I put in the back sling etc. hopefully it helps! It's possible to put essentials like phone, keys etc in separate pockets so you don't need to rummage for them.

Absolutely love my Pinewood vest and thoroughly recommend. As soon as I can sneak a moss green one into the house without being found out I'm doing so!!
