Another excellent item from Swanndri
Another excellent item from Swanndri. Yellowstone is a great pattern and the cotton lining is a good addition over the standard wool in the Ranger shirt. Size medium fits nice over a wool jumper in the winter and the hood is decent for windy conditions. I would say the size is a slightly on the large side medium, but not oversized like the Ranger shirt. Service from New Forest was first class.

Another great Swanni to add to my collection.
I have used Swanndri’s out in the NZ bush since the 1970’s in all weather and they are fantastic!!! What I loved about the originals was the fact that if you got a good soaking, you could remove them and swing them around your head to get most of the water out, put it back on and you would stay warm.
I’m located in the UK nowadays and have swapped deer stalking for farmers market trading and this latest addition… “Swanndri Hudson” with the hood, is a welcomed addition. Its great that it is lined so its not scratchy, lovely deep lined hood, warm pockets for your hands as well as a covert chest pocket (that i fidnt discover until the next day) for stashing cash/cards/phone etc.
So far I would give this a solid 9/10
