Firstly, let me apologise for one star! It's just I recently tried to get myself a new hat from the Tilley range and with the best will in the world the hats I received were not as described on the website. I ordered a Bucket hat in blue which should have come with white strap but turned out BLUE, this hat was too tight for my size, so to return and exchange for the HEMP hat in Natural in a larger size. This arrived in WHITE and without the poppers on the side of the hat as depicted on the website. I was understandably disenchanted by the whole hat purchase as it wasn't what I ordered or wanted. I will think twice on any future hat purchase from you, sorry.

A great hat. Firm but soft and comfortable to wear. Not too big or floppy. Not sure how the tying down in a strong wind will work, or how a waterproof it will be in sustained rain. but standard with all the other hat designs. Had to change it for a size larger than normal for me.
