I have delayed my review since purchasing in August 2025. I had decided that it was time to update my Tilley hat ownership having had my T3 navy one for over 20 years. The T3 is in a wearable condition but somewhat faded in colour. Having taken some time to review the different styles, I ordered the bucket hat and in the same size that my T3 is, 7 1/8. I didn't take actual measurements. Alas when received, it was somewhat small and barely sat on my head. After making a quick phone call to yourselves I was assured that the next size up 7 1/4 was available so went through the refund process and put in a new order for a size 7 1/4 which was delivered promptly. It fits perfectly and can confirm that it withstood a heavy downpour and with the straps, remained on my head. Excellent service and competitively priced hat.
