A fully waterproof and windproof Southwester for the days when the wind and the rain are coming from every direction. Made in a soft and stretchy Galon® with welded seams.
The Southwester can be fastened under the chin and has a soft, thin tricot lining and ear flaps. A garment made from fully waterproof, OEKO-TEX®-certified and PVC-free Galon® is a reliable friend under rain-filled skies. Galon® is hard-wearing and needs neither water-repellent surface treatment nor frequent washing. Instead you can wipe off any dirt with a damp cloth, making this a sustainable and water-saving material. The dense fabric prevents water molecules from passing through, thus keeping the wearer protected from rain.

I have just recently purchased this rain hat from you.
It was quick delivery, well packaged and looks to be a great quality product.
However, when trying to remove the tags, I really had to pull the little plastic clip (as it said) to remove them. (It didn’t open up like a clothes peg).
This has left significant marks on the hat itself. (Even allowing for the tiny patch of additional material they obviously use as a protector).
If you zoom in you can see that it has in fact, nearly torn the fabric.
They appear to have nailed everything ……. apart from this minor defect.

I haven't actually tested this hat in the rain yet but bought it as a colleague has this one. Really pleased it fits so well as I usually find ladies hats are too small for me but this is perfect. Also like the drawstring to keep it on when windy.
