I have a size 8 head. XL was not even close to large enough. It sat like a beanie on top of my head. After the cost of shipping and the restock charge, it wasn't worth returning.

I have just recently purchased this rain hat from you.
It was quick delivery, well packaged and looks to be a great quality product.
However, when trying to remove the tags, I really had to pull the little plastic clip (as it said) to remove them. (It didn’t open up like a clothes peg).
This has left significant marks on the hat itself. (Even allowing for the tiny patch of additional material they obviously use as a protector).
If you zoom in you can see that it has in fact, nearly torn the fabric.
They appear to have nailed everything ……. apart from this minor defect.
