- Men and women aged 25-50: We want people who truly embody the New Forest spirit. Age is just a number, but in this case, we do care about it.
- Outdoor adventurers: Do you love fieldsports, hiking, or simply spending time in nature? That's a plus!
- Social media savvy: An active Instagram account (ideally with over 2,000 followers) is a must. However, exceptional candidates with a lower follower count may still be considered.
